1 What to include
- Put “Rilievo 4.0” in the subject to distinguish it from Rilievo CE.
- Include app version/build, device model and iOS version.
- Describe the steps, expected result and full error message.
- Identify the AI route: local and model, API and provider/model, or Codex Cloud.
- Attach only a screenshot without credentials or customer data, or a DEMO example reproducing the issue.
Any customer attachment must be agreed through a suitable channel and limited to what is necessary. Software support and a professional asset engagement are different services. No response time or service level is promised unless agreed.
2 Is it the same app as Rilievo?
No. Rilievo 4.0 organises evidence and Industry 4.0 appraisal drafts. Rilievo is the CE inspection and assessment product. They have separate local data, settings and subscriptions; buying one does not automatically unlock the other. See other products in the RAVENG catalogue.
3 Can I obtain a definitive appraisal automatically?
No. Every result is an UNVALIDATED DRAFT. The appraiser checks the real asset, classification, requirements, interconnection, documents, sources, calculations and scheme conditions, corrects errors and completes formalities before signing, swearing, delivering or using it. A professional's name or signature field in a PDF is not approval. Read method and limitations.
4 Does it cover Transizione 5.0 and 2026 investments?
The app includes A/B and IV/V catalogues and documentary profiles appropriate to the asset entry. The proposed classification requires professional confirmation and does not replace the scheme conditions. Energy assessments, certifications and the GSE procedure for Transizione 5.0 remain external. Dates and late interconnection need original records and professional review; no entitlement is guaranteed.
5 Must I use Codex Cloud?
No. Choose local AI with a compatible device/model or AI via token with your API service. Codex Cloud requires a dedicated private GitHub repository and connected compatible environment. Entering a repository name in the app is not sufficient. Automatic PR/@codex transport uses Codex Cloud (Legacy); the new Cloud does not automatically enable those comments. 6 Why is a cloud job stalled?
Check connectivity, owner/repository/branch, token validity and permissions, Codex repository access and the selected environment. Successful synchronisation proves upload, not processing. A comment, PR or Codex “completed” status does not prove that the correct response was imported. Check the response file expected for that job and the guide's manual recovery instructions. Do not repeatedly start identical jobs before identifying where processing stopped.
7 Are my photographs anonymous or sent to CE4U?
Operational records are local; ordinary capture does not automatically send them to CE4U. Selecting a remote route sends material to the privacy notice's recipients: GitHub/OpenAI for Codex or the API provider and possible routed providers. Material is not automatically anonymised. Network screenshots, invoices and apparently technical images may contain personal information, confidential details or secrets. Read privacy and check client authorisation before sending.
8 Does the subscription include ChatGPT or API credits?
No. The Italian App Store offer is €29.90/month or €299.00/year with a 14-day introductory free trial for eligible accounts when displayed by Apple; one introductory offer per group. The selected paid plan follows unless cancelled under Apple's conditions. Apple displays the actual price and terms. ChatGPT/Codex, API usage, research, any GitHub services and connectivity are separate. No cloud route is promised as unlimited. A ChatGPT subscription does not imply API credits.
9 How do I cancel or restore a subscription?
Open iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions and select Rilievo 4.0. Check confirmation and the end date. Deleting the app does not stop renewal. The app's “Restore purchases” restores the available entitlement for the same Apple account, not your appraisal records. Request refunds through Apple, subject to applicable terms and rights. See terms.
10 Can I export after expiry?
Reading and exporting saved records remain available without renewal; new capture, editing and starting AI require a verified active entitlement. Create and check copies before uninstalling or changing phones. Restore purchases, a cloud repository or a ZIP are not a promise of automatically rebuilding app records.
11 What if the PDF is incomplete or contains errors?
Retain the previous report, verify that the asset and appraisal contain the necessary data and results, then create a new version. Open the full PDF and annexes: check network details, columns, page breaks, photographs, conclusions and warnings. For a symbol that cannot be represented, follow the Unicode-code indication and compare source material; do not ignore placeholders. If necessary processing is missing, do not deliver the PDF as definitive.
12 Where can I download or update the app?
Rilievo 4.0 is available on the App Store, with version 1.0.1 for iPhone and iPad. It requires iOS 17.0 or iPadOS 17.0 or later, with Italian and English interfaces. Download from the official listing and check the subscription offer shown by Apple. To update, open the same listing without uninstalling the app and retain a verified backup first. Availability and updates may propagate progressively across storefronts. TestFlight invitations remain separate, with their own conditions and expiry. Distribution excludes mainland China.
13 Accessibility reports
Read accessibility information. To report a barrier, identify the page or screen, device, assistive tool and steps. You may request information in a format better suited to your needs.
14 Why can't I see a free trial?
Apple determines eligibility and displays the available offer before confirmation. An account that already redeemed an introductory offer in the group does not receive another trial by choosing the other period. Do not confirm if Apple's purchase sheet does not match the offer you want. To avoid a charge after a trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends under Apple's instructions and check confirmation in your account.
15 Why doesn't AI update everything on its own?
In Essential mode, nameplate reading and enabled photo assessment retain their own automation. The new technical classification proposal is a separate task that can be planned automatically with a configured, compatible AI route when no entry is already recorded and sources are ready; it does not decide the scheme or entitlement. The same source revision does not cause endless retries after insufficient evidence or failure: use Request AI classification for an explicit new request. Full asset assessment, research and alert review remain deliberate professional commands in Essential mode. Automatic mode can create more requests and costs.
Details and local-model limitations
16 Is the AI Usage total an invoice or spending cap?
No. It estimates recorded API calls, excludes some external billing and does not stop usage above a budget. Check model, tier, cache, searches and custom prices; an unknown price can make totals incomplete. Tests, corrections and unusable responses may also cost money. Verify statements and limits with the provider. CSV files may include client names and codes: restrict sharing and retention.
17 How do I delete an appraisal?
Swipe it left in the home list or open its long-press menu, choose Delete and check the code, client and counts before confirming. Retain necessary copies first. Reports, Photos/iCloud, AI Usage, CSV, cloud, backups and shared files are not automatically deleted with the appraisal.
18 Why are captures also in Photos, and why is the album missing?
Copying captures is initially enabled; you can disable it in Camera and arrows > Photo Library. Full access allows managing the Rilievo 4.0 album, limited access can save without the album, denied/restricted access keeps captures only in the app. Imported photos and scanned documents are not duplicated. Check any error in settings. Copies contain a date and may contain appraisal coordinates; iCloud Photos may sync them even with local AI. Deleting the appraisal does not delete Photos/iCloud copies.
19 Is the euro amount my card's exchange rate?
No. It estimates API costs excluding VAT using an ECB reference or manual rate. Check the source/date; offline it may retain the last known reference. Cards, banks and providers can use different rates or charges. CSV is informational, not an invoice or automatic budget control.
20 How do I recover older records?
Retain a checked backup and update the same Rilievo 4.0 app without uninstalling it. At first launch, migration prepares new fields while preserving original data, identifiers and assessments. It does not invent a scheme or dates: review warnings and complete missing information. If opening fails, stop, retain the error and backup, and contact support; do not delete the archive. Rilievo CE remains a separate app.
21 Does defensible drafting mean automatically final?
No. This mode uses the professional’s explicit declarations of actual personal checks; the professional is responsible for those declarations and must review the entire output. It is not a command to invent evidence, bypass gaps or guarantee incentives. “Issue for signature” does not apply a signature.
22 Does a timestamp make the appraisal true?
No. Available options are optional, initially disabled and non-qualified. Hashes, proofs and receipts concern byte integrity and the checked technical path; they do not certify truth, classification, signature, professional responsibility or entitlement. An edited Word file is another version: retain and check the appropriate proofs.
23 Which guide should I open first?
Start with “Step by step”, then use the complete guide for AI, dates, historical schemes and troubleshooting. Both routes are available in Italian and English as illustrated HTML and PDF; the ZIP package supports offline reading. Open the Rev05 guides.
24 Does an A.2.2 asset need every 5+2 requirement?
No. For this entry, the technical profile concerns O2 interconnection and the specific functional characteristics: in-process product or process quality monitoring, documented process qualification and connection to the factory information system. Selecting A.2.2 alone does not prove these characteristics. PLC/CNC, HMI, integration and the additional requirements of the full 5+2 profile are not automatically required. Also document the relevant output data, such as measurement, test or production reports stored in a shared folder or a company system or database, attributable to the asset and process. The Output data group (previously Shared folder) organises this evidence: a folder is one alternative alongside a company system or database, rather than a universally exclusive legal format. A ping, an empty directory or a favourable O2 alone does not establish tax eligibility or a complete appraisal. The professional checks classification, characteristics, scheme, dates and every other condition applicable to the case.
25 Why are PLC or HMI photos still present after selecting a reduced profile?
Evidence already collected remains preserved and accessible. Material outside the current profile appears separately under Other evidence and is labelled not required; the coverage count includes only the groups required by the applied profile. Do not delete photos to correct the classification. Check the entry for the applicable scheme and any reasoned expert override. A photo’s presence alone does not prove a requirement.
26 Does Essential mode still propose an asset classification?
Open the engagement and use a properly configured, compatible AI engine with active access entitlement. Record the functional description, notes, readable photos and relevant documents. When no catalogue choice is already recorded, the technical proposal can be planned automatically in Essential mode after the required pause and completion of pending evidence work. This does not promise a result within 30 seconds. In Asset data, read the entry and reasoning. If Classification proposal: insufficient data appears, add the indicated material; do not select an entry merely to remove the warning. Compare the proposal with the catalogue wording and the actual asset. Deliberately accept it or choose from the catalogue: the professional’s recorded entry takes precedence and is not automatically rewritten by AI. Fiscal competence and its HOLD states remain separate.
27 What happens after I correct classification, profile or dates?
The earlier result and the professional’s revisions remain preserved. When technical inputs change, the assessment is marked for update; a reply to a job started before the edit may be stale. In Essential mode, deliberately request a new full assessment when needed. Saving does not guarantee a new response or approve results. Saving without technical changes does not invalidate an assessment merely because a registration timestamp changed. For another technical proposal, use Request AI classification; the full requirements assessment is separate.
28 Can Apple Intelligence propose the classification?
This task uses the complete catalogues. Classification through Apple Intelligence is disabled because it has no verified context budget for that material; the app reports the limit instead of guessing an entry. Other local functions, including nameplate reading and photo assessment, retain their own requirements and routes; their operation does not establish availability of this task.
A downloaded MLX model can be used for the proposal only when its configuration, context and tokenisation pass the required checks. Downloading it alone is insufficient. If the check fails, select an authorised and configured API or Codex Cloud route and repeat a DEMO test. This page does not attest successful real-provider requests, performance or absence of charges.
