UNVALIDATED DRAFT — professional review is mandatory.

Rilievo RAVENG, provided by CE4U S.r.l. and developed by Carlo Tenca, is a support tool. AI may produce errors, omissions and fabricated information (‘hallucinations’), even when plausible. Every app-generated analysis, assessment and report is an UNVALIDATED DRAFT: before it is used, delivered or relied on for decisions, it must be checked, corrected and approved by a competent, experienced professional familiar with the machinery and applicable rules. The software does not certify conformity or safety and does not replace inspections, measurements or professional judgement. CE4U S.r.l. and Carlo Tenca do not automatically approve or sign the output. Liability and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remain unaffected.

Before reporting an issue

  1. Check app version, iOS and iPhone model.
  2. Record the screen, action and message displayed.
  3. Include language and selected AI engine: local, Codex Cloud or API via token, with provider and model.
  4. For cloud, include PR number and state. Never send tokens or passwords.
  5. Retain the survey and exports. If the archive cannot open, do not uninstall.

A PR is open but no result arrives

A PR establishes submission. Open the conversation in the Codex tab and check repository connection, GitHub integration environment, account permissions and plan limits. The Codex Cloud section explains the complete test: the correct result must reach the app. Do not repeatedly create new requests.

I see a 403 error

Identify whether it comes from GitHub or Codex. Permissions, pending tokens, SSO, company policy, limits or service availability may cause it. It is not always temporary. Do not grant administrative rights or disable security as a workaround.

A local model will not start

Check device compatibility, download state, free storage and available memory in Local models. Use a compatible model; photograph analysis requires vision support. Compatibility of an iPhone family does not mean that every model will run.

Can I use cloud without ChatGPT

The described Codex Cloud route requires an account with access to the necessary functions and a configured GitHub repository. Rilievo's price does not include these accounts, credits or unlimited capacity. A local model does not require a ChatGPT account.

AI via token: account, key and costs

Open Settings > AI engine > AI via token, select the provider and read the disclosure. “Save and verify” checks key/models; “Test connection” checks a short response, not a complete survey. Activate the route before dispatching a job and use DEMO material first. APIs do not require GitHub/Codex linking. A ChatGPT subscription does not automatically include API access: check account, credit, model and limits in the provider console. With OpenRouter, also check routed providers. Text-only models do not read photographs.

401/403 may indicate key or permissions; 429 limits or credit; read other responses in the service console. Requests, web research, corrections and retries may be charged. Do not send keys to support or retry continuously. Deleting a key in the app does not revoke it with the provider.

The PDF fails or a section is missing

Wait for the report status and retain the survey; check storage, content and the error message before retrying. Duration depends on data and device. Typesetting is local and does not itself start new AI analysis. Missing assessments may leave sections out; this does not mean no risks exist. Review PDF, figures, sources and gaps before use or delivery. PDF, branding and signature blocks do not establish CE4U S.r.l. or Carlo Tenca approval.

I paid but access remains inactive

Use the Apple account that made the purchase and try Restore purchases in the app. Sandbox/TestFlight transactions are not production purchases. Do not buy another plan to recover the first. If the issue persists, send a status screenshot excluding unnecessary personal information.

How do I cancel

Open iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Rilievo RAVENG and follow Apple's process. Check the displayed expiry date. Uninstalling does not cancel renewal. See Apple's instructions.

Can I read my records after expiry

Yes. Saved surveys remain readable and exportable; new collection, editing and starting AI require a verified subscription. Retain authorised, verified copies. Restoring purchases does not restore a lost archive.

Does deleting in the app delete cloud copies

No. GitHub, commit history, PRs, cloud chats, exports and backups require separate management. Disabling cloud prevents new submissions according to the setting; it does not delete previously transmitted material or necessarily stop jobs already running.

Is the report ready for signature

It is a draft to review. Check data, photographs, sources, legislation, risks and conclusions; complete missing evidence and use your office's approval process. Purchase does not include RAVENG certification, sworn appraisal or a professional signature.

Framework confirmation is unavailable

Complete purpose, framework, documented full dates, evidence source, justification and modifications. Do not invent information to clear a check: retain a draft and obtain the missing evidence. The plate date is not automatically first market placement or first use.

A new AI proposal arrives but the review stays unchanged

This separation is intentional. Examine the new proposal in the review’s working copy and confirm only after personal checks. A previous review remains in history and may become outdated when evidence changes.

The reviewed report is blocked

Open Pre-report checks and inspect the current framework and review, NV risks, missing P/G estimates, references and evidence. Documented non-conformities are legitimate findings to report, with necessary measures. If the assessment is incomplete, retain a draft with warnings.

How do I retain my work when updating?

Check files, export and verify packages, and complete an iPhone backup before updating the same app through an authorised channel. Do not uninstall as a troubleshooting step. Reopen and check previous work. The ZIP does not promise automatic complete restoration.
